Registration Fees

 Please read carefully the registration guidelines as shown below.

Important Notice:

Due to very high number of submissions and participants, an abstract will be considered in the conference only if the presenting

author has registered for the conference before the early bird deadline. All payments must be made in Euro at the exchange rate

of the day of reception in our account after bank charges.

 Registration Fees (all fees in Euro, VAT included)

(1) Full conference package includes Conference proceedings, welcome reception and coffee breaks (Banquet included).

(2) Including a one year PPS membership (Please note: 73 € net are included in the above mentioned non member fee for the PPS membership).

(3) Includes Conference proceedings, welcome reception, coffee breaks.

(4) Additional banquet tickets for Students and Accompanying person can be purchased at 70 €  per person.
All payments must be made in Euro at the exchange rate of the day of reception in our account after bank charges.

NB: Registration fees include in charge 50 Euros for AIP proceeding.

 Booking conditions

 Cancellations before 13 June 2016 will receive full refund minus a  25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge.

Cancellations later than 13 June 2016 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing

to the secretariat by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable. In case of any further questions with

regard to your congress registration please contact us.
